Various activities will be offered each day, in addition to a morning Hatha yoga session and an end-of-day Yoga Nidra session:
Sandrine Bonduel, certified by the international Sivananda centres, has been teaching Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra for 20 years. Based in Barcelona, she gives classes at her Yogasan centre and organises numerous retreats throughout Europe and Africa. Fascinated by the infinite potential that resides within each individual, she believes that the best way to access it is by seeking balance between body and mind through the path of yoga.
Natacha Wauquiez, founder at nature Connexion, is also a therapist specialising in trauma. Natacha will gently guide you to relax through somatic movements, the practice of TRE™ (Trauma & Tension Release Exercises), and Tapping (or EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique).
Namibia is a land of profound silence and infinite horizons, where the world’s oldest desert meets the sky in a spectacular display of raw, ancient beauty. It is a place where time seems to stand still amidst the towering, apricot-colored dunes of Sossusvlei and the ethereal, salt-white pans of Deadvlei. Here, the “luxury of space” isn’t just a phrase; it is a visceral experience of solitude that allows the mind to decompress and the soul to breathe. From the resilient, desert-adapted wildlife that roams the rugged terrain of Damaraland to the celestial brilliance of one of the world’s darkest starlit skies, Namibia offers a rare opportunity to disconnect from the noise of modern life and reconnect with the enduring rhythms of the Earth. It is the ultimate sanctuary for those seeking a true “awakening” in the heart of the wild.
